Gardenia is proud to host Stag's Leap Wine Cellars as we celebrate the historic 50th anniversary of the Judgment of Paris. Executive Chef Morgan Du Paulo has curated a unique 6-course tasting menu that showcases the new and exciting culinary direction that Gardenia is embracing. The wine pairings will showcase the best of what Stag's leap wine cellars has to offer with a deep dive into their cellars and bring some older vintages of the iconic SLV and Fay Vineyard Cabernets.

Executive Chef Morgan is a 27-year culinary veteran with classical French training and experience under renowned chefs including Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and José Andrés, whose career spans leading restaurants and hospitality organizations including Mina Group and Wayfare Tavern. His culinary philosophy combines global culinary curiosity with California’s ingredient-driven, restrained style, while his leadership extends beyond the food to developing talent, building strong kitchen systems, and operating high-performing teams.

A coffee house, restaurant, and event space walk into a Victorian-styled mansion…introducing Gardenia in downtown Los Gatos.
Our goal is to blend the cultural and flavorful harmonies between coffee, cuisine, and wine. Our coffee is ethically sourced from Panama, Colombia, and El Salvador, and our food is a fusion of appetizing Asian cuisine and elegant French gastronomy.
